Welcome to Kindergarten!I am very excited to be your teacher this year! I recently returned to teaching full time after taking a short break to be with my family. I came to the United States from Canada on a teacher exchange program and decided to stay. I have a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education and French from St. Thomas University. Along with a Bachelor or Arts with a double major in Psychology and French from the University of New Brunswick. I live in Apex with my husband Eric, daughter Christina, and dog Honey. I am originally from a small town called New Carlisle, Quebec, Canada. UPCOMING EVENTS:

4 boxes of 24 plain Crayola crayons
4 plastic folders with pockets (plain colored please- 3 with prongs (blue, red, green), 1 without prongs - yellow)
1 pair Fiskars scissors
4 2-pack Elmer’s jumbo glue sticks
4 primary black and white composition books (top ½ of pages blank, lines on bottom ½) *available at Office Depot
1 box of baby wipes
1 box of tissues
1 package (5 shirts) white crew neck Hanes short sleeve undershirts (child size M 10-12)
3 pack of Clorox brand wipes
1 package of Expo low odor dry erase markers
2 Elmer's white liquid glue bottles
1 box fat or thin Crayola markers
1 package 4 count “Playdough” brand play doh
1 pack gallon sized Ziploc bags
1 pack quart sized Ziploc bags
1 pack of Mr. Clean Magic Eraser
1 pack of white lunch bags
1 roll of paper towels
1 set of headphones labeled with child's name (not ear buds)
Do not label supplies with names, as we will share all items.
No rolling backpacks are permitted. A take home folder will be provided for each student.
Send in a beach towel for Quiet Time, labeled with your child’s name.
We will send it home periodically to be washed, and then permanently after the first quarter.
